The process is very simple: 1) Search by sport, location, or name, 2) Select the class or facility you're interested in, 3) Choose an available date and time, 4) Confirm and pay securely, 5) You'll receive confirmation by email and push notification.

Yes, you can cancel your bookings from the app. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you receive a full refund; less than 24 hours, you receive 50%; after the start time, there is no refund.
